1. Our current position
easyiga.com uses a first-party Cookie settings control. Strictly necessary security technology can operate without consent; Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Advertising (Bing UET), and any AI-assisted activity collection remain blocked until the visitor makes the relevant optional choice. Refusing optional categories is as easy as accepting them, and settings can be changed at any time.
Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security or availability cookies when it presents a security challenge, protects a form with Turnstile, mitigates automated abuse or maintains service availability. These mechanisms are used to provide and protect the service, not to build advertising profiles.
Our consent standard: optional purposes are disabled by default. You can reject them from the first layer, choose individual categories, or withdraw a choice later through Cookie settings. Strictly necessary security and form protection remain available without optional consent.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
A cookie is a small text value stored by a website in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and device-access techniques that can read or store information on your device. Session cookies normally disappear when the browser session ends; persistent cookies remain until their expiry or deletion.
This policy covers both cookies and similar device storage used on easyiga.com. The separate Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing more broadly, including server requests, form content and service providers.

A listed conditional cookie may not appear during every visit. Cloudflare selects security measures according to traffic and configuration. Cookie names and lifetimes can change when the provider updates its protective service; we review this inventory when the configuration changes.
4. Cloudflare Turnstile on contact and demo forms
The Turnstile script is loaded on the contact and demo pages to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. It can process technical signals such as IP address, browser and device characteristics and interaction information required for the security check. Our Worker validates the one-time token with Cloudflare before delivering a message.
Turnstile is necessary for the secure form service requested when a visitor chooses to submit a form. We do not use the result for advertising or unrelated profiling. Visitors who do not want to use the protected form may contact hello@easyiga.com directly.
5. Optional measurement, AI optimisation and external links
Google Analytics 4 is enabled in the website configuration and loads only after Analytics consent. It measures page and content use while Google advertising storage and personalisation remain denied unless Advertising measurement is separately selected. Microsoft Advertising (Bing UET) loads only after Advertising measurement consent; it can measure campaign performance and support remarketing.
Bing UET and AI-assisted visitor-activity processing are currently disabled in the website configuration. AI training and optimisation is a separate optional purpose. It covers on-site activity used to evaluate, train and improve AI-assisted website content and experiences. It does not include contact-form message content unless we request that separately. Before an AI service receives visitor activity, we will publish the recipient, categories, purpose, retention and transfer information in this policy.
easyIGA may permit automated systems to crawl publicly available website content for search, research or AI training. This does not give access to non-public form submissions, correspondence or visitor identifiers.
The site does not currently load a YouTube player automatically. If a product video is added, we plan to use a click-to-load preview so that YouTube resources are not contacted until the visitor chooses to play the video. We will disclose the final behaviour and request consent first wherever applicable.
Following a normal link to another website takes you to that provider's service, where its own cookie policy applies.
6. Managing cookies and withdrawing consent
Use the persistent Cookie settings control to change or withdraw your optional choices. You can also use browser controls to view, block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary Cloudflare security storage may prevent protected forms or challenged requests from working.
