Pricing & total cost
Build a business case
you can check.
An annual subscription covers the identities you govern with easyIGA, with deployment included in the agreed scope. We prepare a written quote for your population, systems and required capabilities.
What is published today
Governed identities include employees, contractors and service accounts. LITE, Standard and PRO are the planned pricing tiers. Your written quote confirms the current price and the capabilities included for your organisation.
Deployment is included within an agreed scope. Establish that scope in writing: systems, populations, migration work, data cleanup, acceptance criteria and responsibilities. An included deployment does not mean an unlimited migration or an unconditional delivery date.
For the EU-hosted option available on request, include the operating fee and infrastructure assumptions. For self-hosting, include your own infrastructure and operating effort. See deployment options and security due diligence.
Compare your own cost assumptions
Use an improvement estimate based on the tasks you expect to simplify, then compare it with your current process.
Local calculation · no values submittedUse comparable written quotes and one currency. These illustrative inputs are not easyIGA prices, competitor prices or a promised return. Final easyIGA pricing remains pending.
Separate cash cost from released capacity
Reducing time spent chasing approvals can free specialists for other work. It does not automatically reduce payroll or produce a cash saving. Keep licence and service costs separate from the estimated value of time, and avoid counting the same saving twice.
For example, 120 administration hours per month, a hypothetical 30% reduction and an hourly cost of €50 produce 36 hours of potential capacity per month, valued at €21,600 per year. Those are illustrative inputs, not measured easyIGA customer results. Replace them with a baseline and pilot observations from your organisation.
Measure a pilot before scaling the estimate
Choose the workflow and population first. Record current volume, manual handling time, exceptions and the effort required to prepare evidence. Test the equivalent workflow after configuration. Separate time spent waiting for a decision from time actively worked by a specialist.
Check whether the result depends on data cleanup, connector development or additional processes. Include those costs in the comparison. Use a conservative, expected and higher-effort scenario when the scope is uncertain.
Make the quote reviewable
Request a capability list, identity-counting rules, included deployment deliverables, support and maintenance terms, hosting charges where relevant, and renewal and exit conditions. Confirm what remains available if you stop using the commercial layer. Open source midPoint and customer configuration are distinct from the easyIGA subscription.
For vendor pricing, consult the relevant vendor’s current official page and obtain a quote for your scope. This calculator deliberately uses your figures and does not rank dissimilar vendor bundles as if they were interchangeable.
Send your requirements or explore easyIGA versus midPoint alone. We can use the same cost model to discuss whether a business-facing governance layer fits your organisation.
Prices and service scope are confirmed in your written offer. Calculator results are estimates based on your inputs, not a price quote or measured easyIGA savings.
