## 1. Website operator

The operator’s business name, registered office, company and tax identifiers, register entry and contact details are listed in [Company information on About us](https://easyiga.com/about#company-details), which forms part of this legal notice.

easyIGA is a product and brand of the [website operator identified on About us](https://easyiga.com/about#company-details). References in these terms to “easyIGA”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean that legal entity in its capacity as operator of this website.

## 2. Scope of these terms

These terms govern access to and use of the public easyiga.com website. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

These are website terms, not product contract terms. They do not replace a proposal, order form, licence, support agreement, service-level agreement, data-processing agreement or other contract for easyIGA software or professional services. If a signed customer agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement governs the contracted services.

## 3. Acceptable use

You may view, link to and make reasonable internal business use of the public information on this site. You must not:

- use the site unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that harms another person;

- attempt to bypass access controls, Turnstile, rate limits or other security measures;

- introduce malware, probe for vulnerabilities without authorisation, disrupt availability, or access non-public systems or data;

- scrape or send automated requests at a rate that impairs the service or ignores published technical restrictions;

- misrepresent easyIGA content as your own, remove ownership notices, or imply an endorsement or partnership that does not exist;

- submit credentials, secrets, unlawful material, third-party personal data without authority, or confidential customer information through a public form.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the site, users or our rights. Good-faith security reports go to [security@easyiga.com](mailto:security@easyiga.com) under the [vulnerability disclosure policy](https://easyiga.com/security#vulnerability-disclosure); research within that policy is authorised and is not a breach of these terms.

## 4. Product, pricing and compliance information

We aim to keep public information accurate, clear and current. Product capabilities, roadmaps, deployment options, availability and prices can change. A website statement is not a binding offer unless it is expressly incorporated into a signed agreement. Contact us for a current written proposal and confirmation that a capability is available for your intended deployment.

Content concerning GDPR, NIS2, DORA, security, audit or other laws and standards is general product and educational information. It is not legal, regulatory, accounting or audit advice. Technology alone does not make an organisation compliant. Customers remain responsible for their legal analysis, governance decisions, configuration, policies and use of the product.

Comparisons are based on publicly available information and our good-faith technical assessment as of the stated date. Third-party products and prices may change. We invite corrections supported by a primary source.

## 5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, original text, graphics, illustrations, code, easyIGA naming and other original materials are owned by or licensed to the website operator. Applicable copyright and other intellectual-property laws protect them.

You may quote short extracts with fair attribution and a link to the source, and may print or save a reasonable copy for internal evaluation. Any broader reproduction, republication, commercial redistribution, modification or use of easyIGA brand assets requires prior written permission unless applicable law expressly permits it. Open-source components remain governed by their own licences.

## 6. Third-party products, trademarks and links

midPoint is developed by Evolveum. Microsoft, Entra, SAP, Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, OpenIAM, One Identity and other names or marks belong to their respective owners. They are used only to identify products, integrations, migration paths or factual comparison subjects. Unless we expressly say otherwise, no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement is implied.

Links to third-party websites are provided for context or convenience. We do not control their content, availability, security or privacy practices. Visiting them is subject to their own terms and notices.

## 7. Availability, warranties and liability

The public website is provided on an “as available” basis. We may maintain, change or withdraw website content without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access, or that every item is suitable for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on the public website or from a third-party site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability caused intentionally or where mandatory law provides otherwise. Contractual liability for easyIGA products and services is governed by the applicable signed agreement.

## 8. Changes, severability and applicable law

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, our services or applicable law. The current version and effective date appear at the top. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

These website terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules that apply to a user under applicable law. Courts of the Slovak Republic have jurisdiction where the law permits the parties to make that choice.

## 9. Contact and related notices

Questions about this website or permission to reuse content can be sent to [hello@easyiga.com](mailto:hello@easyiga.com). How we process personal data is explained in the [Privacy Policy](https://easyiga.com/privacy); device storage and cookies are explained in the [Cookie Policy](https://easyiga.com/cookies).

## Need formal product documents?

Customer terms, security materials, support commitments and data-processing terms belong to the commercial process. [Contact the easyIGA team](https://easyiga.com/contact) for the documents relevant to your deployment.
